If you combine products from different product categories, separate shipping charges may apply. Your total shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

Because your products are made especially for your order, please allow time for both production and delivery.

Production: approximately 2–5 business days
Delivery: approximately 3–8 business days

Most orders therefore arrive within approximately 5–13 business days after ordering.

For this reason, personalized products cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind or choose the wrong size.
